Srinivas' leadership as Country Manager at Adayana India, integrates people, ideas, products, and business. Srinivas is a mechanical engineer and has varied industry experience of over a decade, spanning operations in the Pennar group and in Baan Global Services. Before he joined Adayana India (formerly Trina), Srinivas managed the fulfillment operations of DigitalThink (formerly Learning Byte), leading a group of 120 people in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
