Sandi Mathes, Vice President, Human Resources

Sandi has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She began her career as a management trainee with the J. L. Hudson Company in Detroit, Michigan. After six years with Dayton-Hudson, Sandi relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana and joined National City Bank where she served as Regional Training Director and later as Vice President of Staffing and Sourcing. Most recently, Sandi spent nine years with Conseco Services, LLC as Vice President of Human Resources and was responsible for supporting an employee base of over 2300 associates, leading the Staffing and Sourcing department, employee relations, and HR generalist teams. Sandi joined ABG in the spring of 2006 as Director of Human Resources, and was soon after promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for Adayana.
