Dr. Rajiv Tandon, Chairman

Rajiv has over 35 years of international and domestic business experience as well as experience in consulting and higher education. Prior to forming Adayana, Rajiv was the CEO and President of LearningByte International, a developer of custom e-Learning and web-based training solutions. His leadership placed the company among the 50 fastest growing companies in Minnesota for three years in a row and in the National 500 fastest growing companies in 2000.

In academia, Rajiv was the Director of Corporate Venturing Programs at the University of St. Thomas, teaching MBA courses in entrepreneurship and new venture management. In 1992, he was awarded the Edwin M. Appel Prize by the Price-Babson College Fellows Program "for bringing entrepreneurial vitality to academia." Earlier, Rajiv served as the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Operations for National Car Rental, Inc. and was responsible for all operations, sales, marketing, and licensees. He also served as President of the American Car Rental Association.
