ASTD's Twin Cities Chapter / February 9, 2006

The ASTD's eLearning Special Interest Group (SIG) is a network for individuals and organizations with an interest in eLearning. On the 9th of February, 2006, the Twin Cities chapter of the ASTD eLearning SIG hosted a special session on Dualshoring and eLearning, presented by John Ahlberg, General Manager - KPO Services, and Josh Byrne, Chief Technology Officer.

The presentation addressed the offshoring of eLearning services, the challenges of addressing the global marketplace of learning, how Adayana has used the Dualshoring model successfully, the processes and tools it has used for efficiency and scalability of learning services, and useful insights gained in the process.
