Adayana, Inc. and Global Information Systems Technology (GIST) Inc. Announce Merger

The Defense Training and Technology division of Adayana Inc., a Minneapolis based company, and GIST Inc.(based in Champaign, Illinois) today announced that the two companies have finalized an agreement to merge. The combined organization will be known as Defense Training & Technologies (DT2). The merger will result in a combined company size of over 175 employees who are based in both the US and in India.

Chinna Boddipalli, General Manager of the Defense Training and Technology Division, Adayana Inc., says, "The GIST team is very knowledgeable about Defense industry requirements and has significant experience in this area.
