Adayana, Inc. Names Mike Jackson New Chief Executive Officer
Founder of ABG, Acquired by Adayana in 2005,
Takes Leadership of the Growing Global Performance Solutions Company
MINNEAPOLIS, MN. . The Board of Directors of Adayana, a global performance-solutions company based in Minneapolis,
Minn., has named Mike Jackson President and Chief Executive Officer. Jackson is the founder and head of Indianapolis-based ABG, Inc., which was acquired by Adayana in 2005. He succeeds Adayana founder Rajiv Tandon as Chief Executive. Tandon remains Chairman
of the Board and head of Adayana Learning Services, an Adayana subsidiary based in India. In establishing ABG
as a leading performance-solutions company for market leaders in the agriculture, food and life sciences markets, Mike has
demonstrated that he has the vision and drive to lead the successful transformation and growth of Adayana into a premier
performance-solutions company across a broad range of global vertical markets,. said Tandon.
Jackson is an Agricultural Economics graduate of Purdue University. A highly regarded consultant and business
strategist, he has delivered hundreds of presentations and keynote addresses to domestic and international audiences. He serves
on the Board and Audit Committee of Terra Nitrogen Company, the Board and Audit Committee of Renewable Energy Group, Inc.,
the Board of Adayana and is a member of many industry and trade associations.
