Peter is an outside director of Masco Corporation, the Stroh Companies, Inc. and Technobrands, Inc. He is a past director of Invetech Co. Inc.; R.P. Scherer, Fretter, Inc.; Republic Bank S.E.; The Stroh Brewery Company; Masco Tech, Inc., and The Campbell-Ewald Co. Professionally, he has served as chairman of the Michigan Advertising Industry Alliance; President of the Ad Craft Club of Detroit; President of the Detroit Advertising Association; and Director of the Association of National Advertisers. Peter is retired and a Founding Shareholder.
