Kathy Toney, Senior Vice President, Industry Operations

Kathy Toney is the Senior Vice President of Industry Operations at Adayana, leading her team with expertise in performance improvement that is based in more than 25 years of experience in the field. Kathy's expertise in adult education and consulting have included working with a diverse profile of companies in the agricultural industry as well as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, finance and not-for-profit organizations.

Kathy led the training and development team as Vice President of ABG, an Adayana company. Her award-winning instructional design programs and initiatives include successful integration of brain-compatible adult learning models and theories, which provide customers with effective training experiences and bottom-line results. Her years of experience include the development of instructor-led, video, CD-ROM, web-based and blended learning solutions. Prior to coming to ABG, Kathy served as the Vice President of Training and Educational Services at Corporate Creations, Inc., a training and communications company, for five years. She earned her bachelor's degree in Education from Indiana State University and completed her M.Ed. at Indiana Wesleyan University.
