INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Adayana continues growing the depth and breadth of the team through new IT Manager Terry Bensley.
“With experience in project management, computer systems integration, and CRM [Customer Relationship Management], Terry is the perfect fit for this position,” stated Sean Brady, Adayana’s Chief Information Officer. “He’ll fit well into our collaborative and client-centric environment as he has more than 20 years of IT and client management experience.”
Bensley’s career in IT and project management began at Press, Ganey Associates, Inc. where he spent five years as an Operations Manager. His experiences led him to General Electric Capital, financial arm of GE, where he served as a Location Services Manager before moving to AM General LLC in South Bend, Ind. Bensley stayed with AM General for nine years and assisted the company as a Information System & Services Facility Manager. While at AM General, Bensley assisted the company with the rollout of GM’s H2 plant and used the Lean Six Sigma methodologies to set up several operational projects including warranties and warehouse set-up.
Along with his on-the-job training, Bensley received a bachelor’s degree and has nearly completed an MBA from Indiana University. He also has a Master Certification in Informatics from Indiana University in addition to a certification in Lean Six Sigma.
