INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Adayana announces the promotion of Robert Weaver to Director and Practice Lead of Adayana’s Solutions Design team.
“Over the years, Robert has been a key contributor to Adayana’s success, and with this promotion, will continue to provide our clients relevant and unique solutions,” said Vice President of Industry Operations Steve Wilson. “His expertise in designing client solutions and his knowledge of Adayana’s previous engagements enable him to help our clients achieve greater success.”
Robert Weaver began his career at Adayana as a Business Analyst for the Management Consulting team in 1997. From 1998-2008, Weaver led the Management Consulting team as a Team Lead, Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate Director until he most recently served as the Associate Director and now Director of the Solutions Design team.
Prior to coming to Adayana, Weaver served as a Project Management Intern at Meyocks and Priebe Advertising (now The Meyocks Group) in West Des Moines, IA, and as a Sales Intern at Best Foods in Indianapolis. Weaver is a graduate of Purdue University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics and earned his master’s degree in Marketing and Distribution from Cornell University.
