INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Adayana, a human capital solutions provider, recently hired Learning & Development Manager Jason Skocilich.
“As a manager on the Adayana team, Jason will lead team members and key projects to ensure a positive client and employee experience,” said Learning and Development Director Marty Murrillo. “Jason’s strengths will help bring innovation to our clients learning challenges and ensure the linkage between learning and business initiatives.”
Skocilich comes to Adayana from WellPoint, a health benefits company, where he served as a Senior Instructional Designer for clinical training in healthcare. Prior to his time at WellPoint, Skocilich served as a Faculty Lecturer in Operations and Decision Technologies at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He began his career as a Senior Web Designer for Kiva Networking and served as a contractor as an Instructional Designer for Option 6.
Skocilich is working on his second master’s degree, an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan, and received his first master’s degree in Education, with an emphasis on Instructional Systems Technologies, from Indiana University.
