INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Management Consulting Associate Bill Claybrook was promoted to Associate Director on the Adayana Management Consulting team this month.
“Bill consistently helps our clients uncover the root of their strategic issues and provides innovative solutions for their business operations,” said Director of Management Consulting J.T. Metzger. “In his new role, Bill will continue working closely with clients and take a stronger role in helping us shape future leaders as we implement our client-centric philosophy.”
Claybrook came to Adayana nearly two years ago as an Associate for the Management Consulting team. In his time at Adayana, he has managed a team of Business Analysts and has served as Project Lead on business strategy initiatives. As an Associate for the Management Consulting team, Claybrook has supported various client projects including corporate strategic planning, global visioning, go-to-market strategy, value chain analysis and market sizing. Claybrook’ projects have spanned the globe, conducting analysis in over 30 countries across six continents.
Previously, Claybrook served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, on the Consumer and Market Strategy/Life Sciences team. Prior to completing his MBA, Claybrook served as a Marketing Intern at Roche Diagnostics as part of the U.S. Diabetes Care team and as a full-time Business Analyst at Eli Lilly and Company.
Claybrook graduated with honors with an MBA in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and Magna Cum Laude from Taylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Math and Computer Science.
