The predecessor to the Adayana Healthcare Group, Gradepoint, began developing and implementing learning programs for clients in 1999. The business grew from a company providing Instructor-Led Training to exploring alternative web-based delivery methods, using rigorous criteria to evaluate technologies, management systems, curriculum and more.
This work led to the creation of Gradepoint's Managed Learning Environment (MLE), which simplifies the development, delivery and tracking of classroom, web-based and live online training. We continue to enhance our MLE to anticipate and address our clients’ evolving needs.
Gradepoint merged with Adayana in 2008, expanding on deep learning expertise to include the enterprise strategy and learning technologies.
