Adayana Hires e-Learning Art Director

FALLS CHURCH, VA –David Neil recently joined the Adayana Government Group team to continue the legacy of creative and visual excellence as Art Director of e-Learning Products.

“David will bring a great deal of talent and enthusiasm to our e-Learning products,” said Jeff Kidwell, President of Adayana Government Group. “His experience in animation as well as illustration and creative management will help us provide an additional element of visual interest to our courseware, PLE [Persistent Learning Environment] and GameWare offers.”

Neil brings with him to Adayana more than 20 years of experience as a creative director. He began his career at USA TODAY and its parent organization, Gannett Company, Inc., where he transitioned from a more traditional designer role in marketing, to a lead multimedia animator for the company. After more than 13 years at USA TODAY and Gannett Company, Inc., Neil served as Lead Designer, Flash Illustrator, and Animator of Product Development at k12, an online education company for grade levels k-12.

Neil holds a Web Designer / Developer Certificate from George Mason University and an associate’s degree in Communication Design from Northern Virginia Community College. He also spent some time at Gaston College in Dallas, North Carolina studying fine art. Neil is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
