INDIANAPOLIS, IN— Adayana, a human capital development solutions provider (www.adayana.com), recently hired Technical Support Services Director Steven Driscoll to manage customer support for its performance technology solutions, including the Managed Learning Environment (MLE), Portal Solutions, and Web Hosting.

Throughout his more than 25 year career, Driscoll has worked for various organizations to establish quality support services, including the U.S. Army, Dow Brands, the City of Indianapolis, USA Group, Platinum Technology, and the State of Indiana Child Support Collection. His most recent experiences include serving in a variety of roles, including VP of Professional Services at Bennett Group, Inc., Project Manager for The Proper Home, and Founding CEO and Executive Consultant for Corsyst, Inc. Driscoll’s experience guides his clients and employers through proper set-up and deployment of technical solutions, and his experience brings to Adayana best practices and proven methodologies of customer service for its technology solutions.
