Adayana Ranks Among Fastest Growing Companies on Inc. 500 | 5000 List

INDIANAPOLIS, IN— Human capital learning and development provider Adayana was named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S.

This year, Adayana ranked 1320 on the Inc. 500|5000 list nationally, 21st out of privately-held, Indiana-based companies, and 24th among all companies in the U.S. Human Resources industry.

“Growing quickly and growing strategically require significantly different approaches,” said Mike Jackson, Adayana’s President and CEO. “I am proud of our team for our continued path of sustainable growth that enables Adayana to build upon functional and vertical market expertise to serve our clients well and foster future growth.”

Adayana has rapidly grown over the past several years and has been named on the Inc. 500 list the past four years. In 2008, Inc. ranked Adayana as the Fastest Growing Private Company in Minnesota, where it was previously headquartered. Adayana has since moved its headquarters to Indianapolis, IN.

Methodology of the Inc. 500|5000 list
The 2010 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2006 to 2009. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by June 30, 2006. Additionally, they had to be based in the United States, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2009. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2006 is $80,000; the minimum for 2009 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. The top 10 percent of companies on the list constitute the Inc. 500, now in its 29th year.
