Adayana’s Management Consulting team Continues to Grow

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Adayana’s Strategy and Research / Management Consulting practice continues to grow and recently promoted one of its own to lead this growing practice.

J.T. Metzger was promoted to serve as Director of Adayana’s Management Consulting Practice. Metzger has supported Adayana’s Strategy and Research practice for three years, most recently as an Associate Director.

“J.T. has led our Strategy and Research / Management Consulting practice to ensure we reach our profitability and client quality goals,” said Steve Wilson, VP of Industry Operations. “He has dedicated the last few years to ensuring high-quality client work while helping establish rigorous internal processes to help us better deliver timely, relevant solutions to our clients.”

Metzger received his Masters of Business Administration in Strategy, Finance, and Decision Modeling from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2004 and has held positions at Deloitte Consulting and Adayana since then. He has managed clients with upwards of $20 billion in revenue and has executed strategic development, direction, planning, and implementation for several Fortune 100 companies in the agribusiness and healthcare sectors.

Metzger will continue his work on the Strategy and Research / Management Consulting team and will lead a team of 24 consultants, associates, and directors including three new hires.
