History

Adayana has grown rapidly since its official founding in 2001 in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, area by Dr. Rajiv Tandon. Rajiv’s pre-Adayana background includes founding LearningByte International, a developer of custom e-Learning and web-based training solutions, instructing entrepreneurialism at St. Thomas University and serving as operations lead for National Car Rental.

Significant milestones in Adayana growth include the merger with ABG (founded in 1979; Indianapolis, Indiana) in 2005 and with that the subsequent appointment of ABG CEO Mike Jackson as Adayana president and chief executive officer in 2008. Rajiv Tandon returned to the president and CEO role in May 2011, and he currently serves as chairman of the board of directors.

Adayana has propelled its global growth via a strategic set of mergers, each expanding reach and capacity. Inc. Magazine has honored the company as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the U.S in 2010, 2009 and 2008, and Adayana has been named one of the “Top 20 Companies in the Training Outsourcing Industry” for six consecutive years.
